Dunsin Oyekan is a seasoned minister of the gospel. He doesn’t just sing but he ministers. Listening to open up by Dunsin will open up your heart and help you connect with the heavenlies. Since I heard his song I have listened to it virtually every day. Open up by Dunsin Oyekan is a song of hope, life and joy. It helps you realise that everything you need is on your inside you, ‘Nations are inside you’. It makes an allusion to John 7:38-40 which declares that out of your belly shall flow rivers of living waters.
Open up by Dunsin Oyekan has opened the eyes of many Christians to see what the Spirit is saying unto them. He has given us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, He has made us joint-heirs with Him, whereby we share in His creative ability. So we can call things that be not as though they were. ‘Things that are made are made from things unseen’. This ability given to us is not because of our qualification but simply a function of His grace. Out of the mundane he called us out, the mundane place of darkness, hopelessness dejection and shame, and He has ordained us to sit together with Him in High places far above principalities and power. Because of this, there is no limit or boundary to what we can achieve.
We are partakers of God’s divine nature, eligible to access the deep things of God. Things that are not revealed to the common men. The bible says
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. (1 Cor. 2:9-10)
Because God has imparted His Spirit into us, there is a depth in us that can call (access) unto the depths in God. Interestingly, God’s dimensions are endless according to Eph. 3:17-19. Halleluyah
